Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Free's ("the Site", "we", "our"), a designer-centric marketplace and e-commerce platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service or make any purchases.

2. Products and Artisan Nature

Free's collaborates with visionary designers to produce avant-garde, brutalist, and custom jewelry and accessories. Every piece is made to order - we hold no finished stock, and production for your piece only starts after your order is confirmed. Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order, limited-edition nature of our pieces:

• Slight variations in finish, metal texture, or geometry may occur compared to 3D renders or product imagery. Reasonable variations in texture and color are normal for handmade metal pieces and are not considered defects.
• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
• All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

We currently deliver to addresses in Taiwan only. We currently only deliver within Taiwan. International shipping is planned but not yet available.

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payments must be processed securely via our approved third-party gateways before an order is confirmed.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (including 3D models, imagery, graphics, logos, and product designs) are and will remain the exclusive property of Free's and our collaborating designers. The visual aesthetics and structural designs are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site or products without express written permission.

5. Made-to-Order Pieces, the 7-Day Rule, and Our Defect Warranty

Custom-made products are not subject to a 7-day cooling-off period. As all our items are made to order based on customer specifications, they fall under the exception to the cooling-off period stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act. This exception is clearly stated here and on the Shipping & Returns page before you place an order.

In plain English: because every piece is produced for one specific order, custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you changed your mind. This exclusion is the statutory exception for made-to-order goods under Taiwanese consumer law, and it is disclosed to you here before you order.

We do stand behind the work itself. Every order carries a defect warranty counted from the day your parcel is delivered; the exact period is not published on the site yet, so please email [email protected] and we will confirm it in writing for your order. Every order has a defect warranty starting from the day the parcel is delivered. Manufacturing defects, material flaws, discrepancies with your order, and damage in transit are covered.For warranty coverage, exclusions, and how to claim, please see the Shipping & Returns page.

There is no self-service return form on this site. Warranty claims are handled by a person over email at [email protected]. We currently do not have an online return request function, nor do we provide prepaid return labels. All claims are processed manually by customer service via email.

In case of inconsistency between this section and the Shipping & Returns or FAQ pages, this section shall prevail.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
