1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Free's ("the Site", "we", "our"), a designer-centric marketplace and e-commerce platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service or make any purchases.
2. Products and Artisan Nature
Free's collaborates with visionary designers to produce avant-garde, brutalist, and custom jewelry and accessories. Due to the handcrafted, limited-edition, and complex manufacturing nature of our pieces:
- Slight variations in finish, metal texture, or geometry may occur compared to 3D renders or product imagery.
- We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
- All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payments must be processed securely via our approved third-party gateways before an order is confirmed.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content (including 3D models, imagery, graphics, logos, and product designs) are and will remain the exclusive property of Free's and our collaborating designers. The visual aesthetics and structural designs are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site or products without express written permission.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of many of our products, returns and exchanges are handled strictly according to our separate Returns Policy. Custom-made or specially altered pieces are strictly non-refundable.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
